St Cuthbert's College Performing Arts Centre provides specialist teaching, rehearsal and performance facilities for music and drama.
The facilities include classrooms, instrument teaching rooms, drama rooms, a full size orchestra rehearsal space, choir room and drama performance space. These spaces are arranged on two levels around a central atrium space.

Marshall Day provided full acoustic consulting services on this project including:
- Internal room acoustic design
- Sound insulation design
- Noise control of mechanical services
- Assessment of noise effects for resource consent
- AV and sound system design
