Mark is a consultant with the Melbourne office, specialising in measurement, analysis, modelling and prediction of environmental noise. Mark joined Marshall Day Acoustics in November 2019 after two years in Acoustic Consulting across New South Wales and Victoria.
He has been involved with a diverse range of projects with responsibilities including conducting environmental noise and vibration measurements and assessments, calculations and computer modelling, conducting site inspections and measurements and designing noise control solutions and strategies for a variety of commercial, industrial and construction noise sources.
Mark has also been involved with a range of building acoustics projects including multi-residential, mixed-use and hotel developments and has a special interest in the acoustic design of critical listening spaces such as recording studios, concert and lecture halls.
